Shortlisted candidates receive a personal interview invitation via email or phone. We schedule interviews at a time that works for you — whether remote or in person. Expect a friendly, transparent conversation about the role, our team culture, and your career goals in eCommerce development.

Our interview is a two-way conversation. You’ll meet with our lead developers and project managers to discuss your technical expertise, problem-solving approach, and experience with eCommerce platforms. We keep it relaxed, focused, and transparent — because finding the right fit matters to us as much as it does to you.

Test Task
For technical roles, we may send a short, real-world test task that reflects the kind of work you’d do at MotionDevs. It’s designed to take no more than 2–3 hours and gives you the chance to showcase your skills in eCommerce development, whether that’s Shopify theme work, WooCommerce customization, or backend integrations.
